Understanding Your Emotions
Have you ever wondered what your emotions are trying to tell you?
Many of us grew up learning to hide our feelings rather than understand them. This supportive workshop invites us to explore emotions like anger, sadness, anxiety, and joy with greater curiosity and compassion.
No judgment, no right or wrong feelings, just an opportunity to understand yourself a little better.
No registration is required, this is a drop-in group.
